Shipping Notes
- Items marked "Japan Stock" in the store are shipped from within Japan. All other items ship from Taiwan.
- We apply for CITES and phytosanitary certificates (Phyto).
Packaging
- Flask seedlings: up to 40 flasks per box.
- Plants (bare root): 50–80 mid/adult plants or 100–150 seedlings per box.
- Box size: 53 × 41 × 33 cm
Plants per Flask
- Phalaenopsis: 12 plants per flask
- Other orchids: 20 plants per flask (except as noted in the list)
Shipping Methods
- Via customs broker, re-shipped within Japan (shipping included)

- Air freight pickup by customs broker (shipping included)

- EMS international direct (door-to-door, small lots, but flasks fragile)
Note: We cannot compensate for damage during EMS shipping. The breakage risk for EMS international is very high — please consider carefully before using this option.

Payment Methods
- After order confirmation, payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Inspection and shipment will proceed within 10–20 business days after payment is confirmed.
