Shipping Methods

By customs broker pickup at airport: You must cooperate with your local customs broker.
(Recommended for bulk orders, safer delivery)
If you choose this service, please contact us directly. Do not place an order through the online store.

By EMS international express: Sent directly to your address.
(Recommended for small quantity orders, but flasks are fragile)
Note: No compensation for EMS damages. Please consider carefully.

Payment Method
- Please ensure that you are eligible to import the goods. Once the order is confirmed, payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
After the payment is confirmed and the amount is verified, there will be a quarantine and shipping process that takes approximately 15–20 days.
- Note: If you are unsure whether you can legally import plants but proceed anyway and the shipment is intercepted by customs and either returned or destroyed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
