1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, reserve a product, or contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details.

We do not collect browsing behavior from ordinary visitors (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, or visit trails). Anonymous, aggregated sales and traffic statistics on this site are used only for business analytics and never contain personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders and reservations, prepare customs and phytosanitary documentation, send order-related notifications (such as quotes and payment status), respond to your inquiries, and maintain your account.

Where you have explicitly provided contact information through our contact form, we may also use it to reach out to confirm order details or quarantine feasibility.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. To fulfill orders, we share limited information with necessary third parties, including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process payments, shipping and customs-clearance partners to arrange delivery and quarantine inspection, and our email service provider to send transactional notifications.

These third parties may use your information only to the extent necessary to provide the services above, and are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Certain records must be kept even after an account is closed or a deletion request is made: under Taiwan’s Tax Collection Act and Business Entity Accounting Act, transaction vouchers and accounting books are kept for at least five years, and phytosanitary certificates, CITES permits and export/import declarations are kept for the period required by the competent authorities.

These records cannot be deleted on request because the obligation to keep them arises from law rather than from our own commercial interest.

5. Your Rights

You can view and update your name at any time from your account page. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold, please contact us through this website’s contact form.

For deletion, our approach is de-identification: we remove the information that identifies you (such as your name, contact details and full address) and sever the link between your transaction and support records and you, so that they can no longer be traced back to you. The transaction records themselves — order, amount, items and destination country — are retained under the legal obligations described above.

If a support conversation contains personal information you would rather not have kept, say so in your request and we will remove it as well. Where you still have an open transaction or an unexpired dispute window, we may carry this out only once that period has closed.

We respond to requests within 30 days.
