2. Nature of Products and Reservations

Certain products on this website are subject to cross-border quarantine. The checkout flow for these items may first create a "reservation" rather than an immediate sale: after you reserve, we confirm customs and phytosanitary feasibility and associated fees (such as quarantine and shipping fees); once you approve the quote and complete payment, the order is finalized and proceeds to fulfillment.

Before a quote is confirmed and paid, a reservation does not constitute a binding sales contract, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation due to quarantine regulations, species import/export restrictions, or stock availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country or region, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal; we do not directly store your full credit card number.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Phytosanitary Compliance

We make reasonable efforts to obtain necessary CITES and phytosanitary certificates. However, final customs clearance and quarantine approval depend on the laws and authorities of the destination country or region, and we cannot guarantee every order will pass.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products. Plants are living goods; natural attrition during transit or damage risks specific to certain shipping methods (such as EMS) are described, together with the applicable disclaimers, on the Ordering & Shipping page.
